Modern Civil Rights Movement

As a minority I cringe whenever these phony civil rights leaders open their ignorant mouths. It has not changed. At the King funeral these "civil rights leaders" used the occcasion to insult President Bush. I understand that politics is nasty but have some class because they are denigrating the entire movement. They have been reduced to ignorant whiners.

Shameless!

Jesse Jackson comments were hypocritical. He latched onto MLK and has used his "being there" at King's assassination to advance his own agenda. If King were alive today, he would be shocked and dissapointed at what Jackson and other black leaders have done with his "dream".

BTW, like the new look. What site are you using to host your pics?

Although I think that Bush had to attend Mrs. Kings funeral out of respect to him. That does not mean she is the greatest (always trying to profit off MLK) and these bastards using the funeral for political attacks should rot in hell.

The pics are downloaded through Picasa, (if you click on the color icon under the picture it will take you to their site)they do free picture posting.

Joe,
Thanks for all of the help with the site. I really appreciate it and I really like the seperate links.

You should check out Michelle Malkins blog and the Belgravia Dispatch (he is all Iraq, and a great read) when you have some time.

I have given some more thought to the Scott King funeral. It is hard not to, as it has been on the talk shows all day. The left keeps saying that Scott King was an activist, so it is only natural that these things were mentioned at her funeral.

I agree with that - to a point. To talk about activism and issues would have been OK with most. Where they crossed the line is using the activism as a tool to take pot-shots as Bush. It turned the funeral into a circus.

As far as Bush "going" to the funeral, the left is trying to say he is grand standing or just trying "to be seen". He can't win! If he didn't go, they would be saying something else.

The blogs....

I have a link to Michelle Malkin on my blog. I have been keeping up with her for some time. She pulls no punches. Gotta like that.

The Belgravia Dispatch is new for me. I will make it a point to check it out.
