Although these cases are in Europe the threat is real here as well. There is no doubt that many would like to see racism or hate speech a convictable offense in this country as well.

I think these reactions from Germany and Austria are a bit of sould cleansing. Both countries have a badly stained "conscience" due to their support of the Nazi movement. Maybe they think they can exercise their demons by coming down hard on modern Nazi sympathizers. I feel they are going over the line.
